2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War and the liberation from National Socialism. But we are living in a new era: Young people today are already the fourth or fifth generation after the Second World War, with different backgrounds, experiences and memories. At the same time, even the last surviving contemporary witnesses will soon fall silent. Therefore, the culture of remembrance is also facing new challenges.
